Buy Stuff Store Rewards Terms and Conditions - January 2020
1. You must register to receive your card at a participating Buy Stuff Store location.
2. There is a limit of one physical card per person. Your Rewards, Card, and Account are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose without express permission from the Buy Stuff Store.
3. Points will accumulate on your account at a rate of 2 points per dollar spent (before tax) and a running total will be presented on your receipt. Points may be redeemed 24 hours after they are earned. 4. Points are worth $.01 each against future purchases, or 100 point is equal to $1 in savings. Points do not have a cash value.
4. To redeem points, please request their redemption prior to completing your transaction at any participating Buy Stuff Store location.
5. Subject to applicable law, the Buy Stuff Store reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify all or any portion of these Program Terms at any time without incurring any liability or obligation whatsoever to you or any other person or entity. If we do this, we will post the changes to these Program Terms at least thirty (30) days before the amendment comes into effect, and will indicate at the top of this page the date these Program Terms were last revised. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, your continued participation in the Program after the date specified above (or in any notice provided to you) constitutes your full acceptance of, and agreement to be legally bound by, these Program Terms, as revised.
